1. Who we are

This website is operated by Vorlumi Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (Company No. 81390391), with its registered office at Workshop 251, 3/F, Join-In Hang Seng Centre, 2-16 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. 2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, company, email address, country or region, area of interest and message you enter. We also receive the usual technical data that any web server records, such as the IP address, browser type and the page you requested, which our hosting provider keeps in order to deliver the site and defend it against abuse.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect data about you from third parties.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on the order you asked about.
• To keep a record of the commercial relationship, including quotations, samples and shipments.
• To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are used.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our company, and on your consent where you have given it (for example by submitting the form). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who need it to run this site and our business — the hosting and content delivery provider, our email provider, and our accountants or lawyers where the law requires it. Those providers act on our instructions and are bound to keep the data confidential.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to actual orders, invoices and customs documentation are kept for as long as Hong Kong tax and company law requires, and then deleted.

6. Where your data goes

We are based in Hong Kong and our hosting is provided through a global content delivery network. Your data may therefore be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in Hong Kong. Where the data comes from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking scripts. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, this notice will say so before the change takes effect, and any tool that requires consent will only run after you give it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to sales@vorlumi.shop and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority — in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes that affect existing enquiries will be notified by email where we have an address for you.
