The three questions buyers ask
Warranty
12 months from the invoice date on every unit, covering manufacturing defects. Faulty units are replaced rather than repaired for the first 90 days; after that we ship spare parts or a replacement at our cost.
Shipping & returns
Ex-works Shenzhen, FOB or CIF on request. Pallet and parcel shipping available. Returns are accepted for DOA units within 30 days; freight for verified defects is on us.
OEM / ODM
Logo printing, colour changes, custom packaging and manual translation from 500 units per model. Tooling changes and new acoustic tuning are quoted separately.
